How To Prepare For Your Delivery 

Scheduling 

Your delivery will be scheduled with you once your furniture has arrived in our store. You will then be able to choose the dates and times that suit you best - within our available delivery schedule. Feel free to call our store 717-509-3333 to check on the status of your order.

Measuring 

It is your job to measure your doorways, hallways, bulkheads, staircases, and all entry points along the way, before scheduling your delivery. We want to avoid any damage to your home or your furniture. 

Clear the Room and Plan the Setup 

The next step is to clear the room of any existing furniture and know where/how you want it set up. This will ensure there is enough room for the new furniture to fit and for our team to set it up properly and efficiently. Please keep in mind that we do not provide removal service. 

Put Pets and Kids Somewhere Safe 

Pets can be an obstacle for our team, and we want to keep them safe! Kids usually want to be little helpers, but again, we want to keep everyone safe and let our team do their work efficiently, so please keep this in mind. 

*24 hour notice is preferred if you have to reschedule your delivery appointment.
